An incomparable evening. Dining under the outback sky

Tali Wiru, meaning ‘Beautiful Dune’ in the local Anangu language is an exceptional dining experience for a maximum of 20 guests which will begin approximately 1 hour prior to sunset with a transfer to a private dune. Champagne and canapés will be served as the sun sets over Uluru. Guests will then move to the top of the dune for an intimate 4 course Table d’hote dinner matched with Premium Australian wines. After dinner a local storyteller will delight with celestial creation stories around the fire pit while a didgeridoo plays softly in the background.

Tali Wiru is designed for guests looking for an indulgent and more intimate outdoor dining experience.
