A Day On The Track

‘A Day On The Track’ is one of the premier car and bike events on the calendar to be held in Melbourne’s West.

We celebrated its 1st year of operation in 2011, at the events home, Tabcorp Park. We are happy to announce that the event will be returning to Tabcorp Park for 2012.

To be held on Sunday 29th January 2012 from 10.30am to 4.30pm, A Day On The Track attracts car and bike enthusiasts who wish to view or display their vehicle of choice.
Tabcorp Park is renowned as being Victoria’s home of Harness Racing. For one day a year we become a vehicle enthusiast’s haven, our 1040metre track offers a unique pedestal to present these vehicles to the public with space for over 1000 cars/bikes.

With 18 trophy categories, this year’s event will offer participants the opportunity to exhibit their pride and joy, both to the general public and to the carefully selected judges.

Entry to show your vehicle on the day is $10, in turn giving you the opportunity to be in the running to have displayed on your mantle piece one (or more) of the highly sort after ‘A Day On The Track’ Trophies.

Public entry on the day is FREE. Walk along the state of the art track and view the customised and restored cars and bikes, with over 30 stall holders and food stands.

Furthermore we are showcasing the MEASQ sound quality competition, holding its first national round of the year.

We have not forgotten the children, for families we have FREE activities including jumping castles, rides, animal farm, roving performers and lots, lots more.....

To top the day off, keep that Rock ‘N’ Roll Feel and dance the day away to the amazing band the ‘ROCKAFELLEZ.’

Tabcorp Park offers a fantastic atmosphere, hospitality and accommodation packages and with ample free parking it is the perfect venue for events.
